The Simple International Report should be used where it is necessary to assess the suitability of a prospective tenant who has resided outside of the UK for the last 3 years.
Simple International Reports are delivered within 72 hours following submission subject to referee availability.
The International Report covers:
- A 3 year credit history or ID search* which, identifies defaults, County Court Judgements (CCJ’s), bankruptcies, repossessions & poor payment records
- Linked address search which locates undisclosed associated addresses & residence history*
- Validation of 3 references - All referees are contacted directly
- Accountant / Solicitor references collected
- Guarantor credit & suitability check to assess the proposed Guarantor's ability to meet the rental payments of the proposed agreement
- Post analysis recommendation with suggestions as to how to proceed once the applicant's data has been assessed
- System Alerts (Bad and high risk tenant's details are held within this database)
- Reliable Acceptability score using a proven scoring system designed to assess the applicant's overall suitability
- ID check which confirms the applicant as being who they say they are
- Identification validation which confirms the authenticity of supporting ID
- Affordability analysis which assesses the applicant's ability to afford the proposed rent
