Registration is required to access Simple Reports or services.
Step 1 - If you're not already a customer of Simple Tenants Referencing you'll need to register and create your own account.
Step 2 - Choose whether you want to buy just one reference and pay as you go or whether you'd like to purchase credits that you can use to buy several references. If you buy five or more credits in one go we'll give you a discount.
Step 3 - If you choose to purchase a one-off reference, select the type of reference you require, complete the details and submit your order. You can choose to pay by Direct Debit or Credit Card. Remember the prices quoted do not include VAT. Your reference report will be delivered to you in the agreed timescales.
Step 4 - If you know you need more than one reference why not buy credits? This means you can log in at any time and don't have to submit your payment for each and every reference you buy. To buy credits, simply choose the option to buy credits in 'My account', choose the number of credits you need and enter your payment details. As you submit each reference request your credit balance will reduce by one.
